Ruffle Sweater + Fringe Clutch

It's been really cold here in Denver lately. I'm so grateful to live in a state where we get all the seasons, but I'm getting a little antsy for spring! The muddy streets from the snow, the dead trees, the dry grass... I'm ready for flowers, sunshine and soft green grass! Until then, I'm going to wear this adorable sweater and sit by my fireplace every night cuddled under my favorite blanket!

This fringe clutch is my current favorite. It's so much fun! I've been surprised how much it goes with and love adding this final touch to my outfits! This is my favorite denim I'm always linking. Worth the splurge!

My sweater is sold out! Dang it. Here it is in white. I will link similar ruffle sweaters below. (ps All the sweaters I linked below are soo cute - and on major sale!) I am really digging this ruffle look. So feminine and fun! Finishing touch here: my go-to classic pumps.

Maroon Bell Sleeve Top

This outfit is so simple, yet I feel put together and in almost no time! This top and denim can both be dressed down, but I added a heel here (and a shimmery clutch) to dress this outfit up a bit. I can't find my exact clutch online. It's from Target. And look at this one! Heart eyes.

This denim and these heels are major staples in my wardrobe. My sunnies have pretty much better glued to my face since I got them from Tooth on Christmas! I love switching out my phone cases. I try to clean my phone (eww, germs) and always get excited about new patterns and colors. It's the little things, right? :) I also have this marble one. I love alll things marble. I basically just want a house made out of marble. Who's with me?!

**update: Found my clutch here.

Pink Sweater + Double Dutch Braid

This pink sweater from Express is my current favorite. It's so soft and I love the color. I got it a little oversized because I wanted to be able to wear it with leggings. And also, I just love oversized sweaters! The weather in CO has been warm this winter (and dry!) so I busted out these sandals (currently on clearance) and it gave me so much excitement about spring.

My Rebecca Minkoff bag is older, but this one is almost identical. I have worn this thing soooo much! I love the gray because it goes with everything and it's a great size.

Braids are such an easy way to get your hair out of your face on busy days. And a nice change from my go-to messy bun! It is so easy to do and always adds an element of interest and fun. I've been braiding Blakely's hair lately and it might be my favorite thing. It gives me flash back to my mom doing my hair and begging me to sit still. ;) She wakes up and asks mom, can I pwease have a Elsa braid. Best. Thing. Ever.

They kids have recently learned that daddy and I are married (haha - so cute) and Ryder is always very worried about it. Asking but you're still my dad, right??!?! It's so cute. Blakely likes to hear about when she was a "pink baby" and grew in my tummy. I told her I cried when I found out she was a girl and she loooves telling that story. #meltme

Pink Sweater - Valentines Day Inspiration

I love Valentines Day! I know a lot of people think it's super cheesy, but not this gal! Not that Tooth and I ever really do anything crazy out of the ordinary for the holiday. I just love the colors, the candy, the love in the air. It's one of my favorite holidays! :)

This outfit is a fun idea for date night or even a fun outfit for work the week of Valentines Day. This red bag has been so much fun. I wear it most often around the holidays. Christmas, Valentines Day and 4th of July. It's just festive! I wanted a red bag for a long time and finally got this when I was in AZ visiting a friend a little over a year ago. And I've never regretted this purchase!

This bag is only $30 and it's a Chanel copy! I'm totally want it! More red bags linked below. :) You can do pops of red (and pink!) in jewelry, too. I love adding these layers of interest. Look at these darling red tassel earrings. This red gingham clutch is so cute!

My exact sweater (here) is no longer available in the soft pink color. But the black sweater would be so fun with these pink heels! (I will link more pink heels below - so fun!) My denim is older. And I still love this pair. The overly distressed look is something I am a big fan of. I'm serious. You need these!

What are your plans for Valentines Day??

Distressed Sweater + Faux Leather Leggings

This distressed sweater from Scout + Molly's boutique is so much fun. I love distressed pieces! (I've mentioned Scout + Molly's in previous blog posts - see here.) This exact sweater isn't available online, but linking tons of similar styles below. I seriously want them all! Figures. ;)

I dressed this casual sweater up with these faux leather leggings. These are a fun way to switch up leggings! Ha. They are just as comfortable but I instantly look a lot dressier and I'm reaaaadddyyy tooo ppaaarrrtayyy! These studded heels also makes this overall look dressier. I have mentioned these heels many times before. And I still reach for them!

My disc necklace is from Made by Mary. I love it and have worn it almost everyday since receiving it in the mail! My lip color (here) is "deep raspberry". I love this brand and matte long-wear lipstick. I have it in three colors and highly recommend it. My everyday color is "child star".
