I never appreciated the fall growing up. I don't know why, but I hated fall and winter. Anything cold just made me sad. I looooved summer. But now, I love the cooler months! So much fun and excitement. Especially with little kids. I really appreciate experiencing all the seasons here in CO. I always look forward to every one!
The kids and I had a little "coffee date" (aka hot chocolate) and spent the morning throwing leaves around. It was adorable and these pictures of Blakely throwing leaves might be my favoriteist ever. :)
I love this denim. Very comfortable and I love the price. I own a few pairs in this brand and love them all. I also love having matching shoes with us three. TJ also has a similar pair! So much fun. I rarely match my kids (what's wrong with me?!) but when I do, it brings me much happiness. It's the little things, right? :) All our outfits are linked below. Happy FriYAY! xo
These kids. I just freaking love them so much. This moving process has been hard on them. Every single showing we had freaked Ryder out. He would cry and stress when I made his bed and put his toys away. He would also pack up his backpack with this favorite animals, blankets, etc and take them with us in the car. He thought we were moving right then (every time) and never going back. Poor guy!! Breaks my mama heart.
Blakely wasn't too affected by the showings. But now that we're packing up, she's freaking. She has been so emotional and moody. I know she feels it. Something is up and she's confused. Poor girly. Ryder keeps asking, "did someone buy our house?" and I keep saying no because we weren't sure the deal was going to go through and telling a toddler we're moving in three weeks is just too hard for them to wrap their heads around. So they don't know our house has sold and they don't know we already bought another house!
I can't wait to tell them that we're moving and where to. Because the house we bought is two doors down from one of my best friends! Also crazy: my cousin lives on the same cul-de-sac! I mean, what?!?!! I can't believe it. If this all works out, this is going to be crazy awesome. So many kids and fun memories to be made. Ryder's going to FREAK when he realizes he's living next door to Graham! :)
So the next couple weeks are going to be very busy with packing and preparing for the move. And then we will likely be in a hotel for a couple nights before we actually move into the new house. AHH. So exciting! We will miss our current home (I am sooo attached to the sentimental stuff) but we are pumped for the future and ready to move forward. God is good!!
Ok, and here's 100 pics of my adorable kids. I love these shots by Jenna Sparks. I die. You can shop my outfit here and the kids details are below. xo
This pop of pink is so fun! I love hot pink. My exact top is currently sold out, but linking similar options below. I also love dark denim and always reach for this pair! So flattering. I mentioned in a previous post about replacing my old, worn out classic black and nude heels and I'm so in love with these beauties! The black and nude are must-haves. The heel height is perfect and I have a serious love for nude heels.
I am still recovering from coxsackievirus (if you saw that on my social media). My throat still isn't 100% back to normal and I'm so weak and tired still. I'm just drained! It's been a long few weeks with inspections, contracts, negotiations, Halloween festivals, etc. I am exhausted and so ready for this move to be over with!! We move in two weeks and Tooth and I are so looking forward to putting all of this behind us. This process of having our home on the market has been draining and all five of us are ready for a break!
Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday! Are you feeling as sick to your stomach as I am today?! Dang Halloween candy. Ha! So goooood, but so bad. ;)
