A couple weeks ago we went to the cutest little berry farm! I've always looked forward to doing activities like this with the kids. The both loved it!! When we got there, we rode over to the back of the berry farm to pick the strawberries. Ryder loved the tractor that pulled us and it was a beautiful day. Early fall here is tricky because it can go from chilly to HOT quick. So I was dripping sweat in my denim and long sleeve top! Haha.
This berry farm is in Brighton and I highly recommend it if you live in Colorado. It was a fun day! We packed lunch and got to eat our berries and lunch on picnic benches with friends and the kids were in heaven all day long. They both really did pick the berries and it was so adorable!! (Even though every five steps both kids would lose focus and dump all the berries out on accident.) I can't wait to take the kids back each year and make this a little late summer/early fall tradition.

Nordstrom brought back a lot of my favorites from last year and has very similar items to a few of my go-to pieces I got at last years Anniversary Sale. Trust me, you want to stock up on these fall and winter items while you can! The #NSale (as it's known on social media) is when Nordstrom releases brand new fall merchandise at majorly discounted prices! There are many name brands that also join in on this amazing sale, so you don't want to miss out on this.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in unlike any other because these items are new releases, not from previous seasons and then going on sale. These prices will all go back up on August 7th and you won't find these deals again. So buy now, wear later!
I always try to have a strategy before shopping this sale because it can be overwhelming. I also just want everything. Ha! So this helps keep me in check. What items did I want last year? What was I always reaching for? What needs to be replaced? These are the questions I ask myself before I shop the sale.

Sweaters and Jackets:
All of these sweaters are amazing! I also love oversized sweaters and love both (here + here) of the sweaters I have liked here. This circle cardigan is a favorite of mine. I got it last year and ordered it today in a second color! Same goes for this cardigan sweater. I love this so much!
Everyone needs a jacket like this. It's a go-to everyday look for me.
Handbags and Accessories:
This necklace is so pretty! I have a similiar Rebecca Minkoff handbag that I have gotten so much use out of. This one is so pretty! And this Tory Burch handbag??? Yes, please!! This is a gorgeous bag! A beautiful piece to take every outfit to the next level! Love.
Shoes and Boots:
I got very similar booties to these last year and wore them a TON. I also got similar tall nude boots last year that I love. These are very similar and gorgeous. How fun are these??? By the time I got online this morning to order they were already sold out in my size! I'm seriously so sad about it. #firstworldproblems
Denim and Leggings:
You guys know I love distressed denim! These are both wonderful brands of denim to own and worth the splurge (here + here)!! Also, my go-to leggings. :)
Tops:
All of these tops are so adorable and needed in everyones wardrobe. These can all be easily dressed up or down.

We have been blessed with beautiful weather this fall! The weather has been amazing and we've been trying to soak it all up. I love evenings like this when we can eat dinner and take the kids outside to run off some steam before bath & bedtime.
Blakely is KILLING me in this adorable outfit. She looks like a grandma to me for some reason and I seriously couldn't look at her without laughing! But seriously, the fox sweater?! The cutest. And those Valentino look-alike flats?! I die. GAH. Dressing a girl is so much fun. She has been the sweetest little love bug lately. She's growing too fast and seeing her personality shine is amazing. Sometimes I swear I'm gonna chew her cheeks right off, I love her so much.
And Ryder. What a stud!!! He rarely let's me dress him anymore. I'm still not sure how I was able to get him in jeans?! His new deal is to scream and cry because he will only wear shorts. Ugh. Toddlers. #amiright But he really is the sweetest little guy who is starting to share better with his little sis. He's started to explain things to her and it's so cute. "No, Blake. We can't watch Paw Patrol right now. Mommy is watching the news." Bahaha. It kills me. So freaking cute.
So here are way too many pictures of my little fam at the park. Tooth even made it into a few. I promise I have a real, human husband. He's not make believe. He's just usually the one being forced to take pics. ;)
I guess it's supposed to snow tomorrow and I'm so pumped about it! I'm kinda ready for it to start feeling a bit more like winter so we can really get into the holiday spirit over here. :)

Speaking of being wrapped around a finger... This guy. He knows exactly what to say and do to get his way with me. He's always asking me to snuggle him at night when it's bedtime. "Snuggle for 10 minutes, mommy??" Gah. Gets me every time. And he knows it. Last night I was saying good night and trying to slip out of his bed when he wrapped his little arms around my neck and held on so tight! I swear I just melted into a puddle right there!! So I decided I would lay and snuggle for a couple more minutes and then he started to tickle my arm and my face. OH MY GOSH!!!! If only I could freeze time.
Oh, these kiddies. They melt me in ways I never knew possible.
